BDA A2A Agent Discovery

The public BDA agent card is available at /a2a/agent-card.json and the well-known aliases /.well-known/agent-card.json and /.well-known/agent.json. It describes public capabilities, input/output modes, auth boundaries, safety limits, and links to OpenAPI and AI discovery assets.

Agents must use public tools for public Panchang and Sanatan knowledge discovery. Authenticated user data must stay behind the dashboard/API identity contracts.
